The mission of Kala: Roopa aka Sacred Art: Blessed with Beauty is to serve the poor by creating the opportunity for positive economic change. In areas where poverty has burdened the people, we teach and empower artists to maintain creative vision & production pertaining to their skill. Kala:Roopa intends to be a catalyst involved in developing appropriate infrastructure conducive to job creation, economic opportunity, and the demolishment of generational poverty. We move about with the intention to restore dignity, hope and honor to all involved.
Our Culture
Kala: Roopa fully engages in justly traded goods in order to uphold the integrity of our artists. Fair prices are always paid, no exceptions. When needed, artists are taught by Kala: Roopa how to charge fairly for their craft by adding labor, raw materials, overhead, and distribution costs.

Our vision is to change the living standards for the poor that they may be passed on from generation to generation, ending poverty by extending prosperity. To catalyze change Kala: Roopa understands the need to "hear and deliver the good news! Romans 10:15. This is a company that supports creativity, hard working hands, the integrity and honor of each artist, the relationships and networks accrued because of them and most importantly, the spirit of genuine co-operation that empowers. This company puts bread on many peoples tables.
