Repair Guidelines 

We all know accidents happen! If you are in need of a repair we may be able to help. Repairs start at $25, which does not include the return shipping.  Please contact us prior to returning and provide a quick description of how we can help you.  You can send us a message through our contact us page, or text/call us at: 617.222.0683.  We will be able to determine if your piece is fixable and the approximate turn around time.  Keep in mind we help employ hundreds of artisans that are hand making the majority of the pieces.  Turn around time is not determined by Kala Roopa unless it is handmade by the owner, but rather depends on the artist's ability, their individual availability and timeline.
